Hello, I'm Boyd! I have been a Fayette resident my whole life. I graduated from Fayette High School in 1997. I went to Linn State for machine tools.  In 2001, I married my high school. I was a tool and die maker for 21 years. Throughout that time, I enjoyed landscaping and lawn work for myself, friends, and family, and in 2018, I started Higher Cut Lawn Care and Landscape because I enjoyed the work greatly. I am growing the business to eventually move into that full-time and be able to employ a few guys. I am currently employed at Central Methodist University as the maintenance supervisor. I have 2 children, both are girls. The oldest is going to Central, and the youngest is going to CMU in the spring.  I’ve been married for 22 years.
